Bundu Bashers collects only the information needed to process a booking: guest name, email address, phone number, stay details and special requests.

We use this information to manage your reservation, process payment, send essential booking communication and meet legal obligations. Payment card details are processed by PayFast and are not stored by Bundu Bashers.

Booking information is stored securely in Supabase. We do not sell guest information. We share only what is necessary with payment and email service providers to deliver the booking service.
